Jane has always had a love of dance and studied ballet at an early age, since then she has explored choreography and dance in various styles before finding Belly dance in 2004.

After studying with Katie Holland Jane went on to starting her own dance classes when katie left to live in Goa India, Katie was a big influence on her style and encourage Jane to seek as many Workshops and course as possible.

Since 2005 Jane has trained with many other top professionals such as Suhaila Salimpour, Ashraf hassan, Yevete Cowels, Harriet Gervasio, Gwen Booth Niina Martin, storm & More.

With a unique ability to break down technique and a warm, encouraging teaching style, she has changed the lives of many women, encouraging women to accept their body shape, building self-esteem and guiding them to explore creative expression through belly dance.

As well as completing a week long course studying Rhythm and safe warm up and cool down techniques with Katie Holland she has recently study the Suhaila Format of belly dance and most recently Jane went to Shimmy in the City and studied with Khaled Golden hips & Julliana from belly dance super stars.

Jane continues to seek further training to keep up to date with the latest style and techniques of dance and also seeks further safe effective dance practices.

Jane runs a number of belly dance classes in worthing throughout the week and also has dance troupes which are available to perform at lots of events in and around Worthing
 
Jane also performs at private events, such as weddings, hen parties, birthdays, business and promotional events as well as teaching belly dance in schools and colleges by request.

Jane is also a keen artist and an active member and vice chair person of SWAG (Sunny Worthing Arts Group).
